One Piece Card Game Rules

  • Main Deck: Exactly 50 cards (Characters, Events, and Stages)

  • Cards must match your Leader's color(s)
  • Maximum 4 copies of any card (by card number)

Card Types

  • Leader: Your main card that stays in play. Has Life value (how many Life cards you start with) and Power.
  • Character: Units you play to attack and defend. Have Cost, Power, and optional Counter value.
  • Event: One-time effects that go to Trash after use.
  • Stage: Ongoing effects. Only one Stage can be active at a time.
